Nokia製のスマートフォン「625 (RM-941)」「625.1 (RM-942)」「625H (RM-943)」は2013年6月26日付けでBluetooth認証を通過した。
Bluetoothモジュールのバージョンは4.0。
625, 625.1, 625HはいずれもNokia Lumia 625として発表されている。
OSにはWindows Phone 8を採用しており、ミッドレンジのスマートフォンとして位置付けられている。
メーカー型番は625がRM-941、625.1がRM-942、625HがRM-943となっている。
625が国際向け、625.1が北米向け、625Hが中国向けに投入される。
