realmeがスマホ製造子会社のRealMe重慶移動通信を設立

realmeブランドを展開する中国のRealme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen) (深圳市鋭爾覓移動通信)は携帯端末の製造子会社を設立したことが分かった。

中国の重慶市でRealMe Chongqing Mobile Telecommunications (RealMe重慶移動通信)を設立しており、RealMe Chongqing Mobile Telecommunicationsがスマートフォンを含めたrealmeブランドの携帯端末を製造する工場となる。

RealMe Chongqing Mobile TelecommunicationsはRealme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)が直接的に出資する完全子会社である。

正式な商号は英文がRealMe Chongqing Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd.、中文がRealMe重庆移动通信有限公司となっている。

登録資本金は5000万人民元(約8億3,035万円)で、2018年7月30日に設立された。

所在地はOPPOブランドを展開する中国のGuangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications (OPPO広東移動通信)の完全子会社で重慶市で携帯端末の工場を運営するOPPO Chongqing Smart Technology (OPPO(重慶)智能科技)と共通で、OPPO Chongqing Smart Technologyの工場施設内にRealMe Chongqing Mobile Telecommunicationsの工場を設置すると考えられる。

Realme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)としては事実上の自社工場を保有することになる。

中国国外ではGuangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunicationsの現地法人がサブブランドとしてrealmeブランドを展開しているが、中国市場ではRealme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)がrealmeブランドを展開する見込み。

なお、Realme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)とGuangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunicationsは親子関係ではなく、純粋持株会社で中国のGuangdong Oujia Holdings (広東欧加控股)がGuangdong OPPO Mobile TelecommunicationsおよびRealme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)を所有する構造となっている。
