中国でrealmeブランドを展開へ、新会社がrealme事業を担当

中国のGuangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications (OPPO広東移動通信)はrealmeブランドを中国市場で展開することが分かった。

Weibo (微博)でrealmeブランドの公式アカウントを開設している。

公式認証マークが付されているため、realmeブランドの公式アカウントで間違いない。

中国市場におけるrealmeブランド運営主体は深圳市鋭爾覓移動通信と記載されており、2018年6月1日に設立されたRealme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen) (深圳市鋭爾覓移動通信)が中国市場でrealmeブランドを展開することが分かる。

realmeブランドはインドで最初に展開を開始したが、グローバルでの展開も開始している。

OPPOグループとしては中国市場でOPPOブランド、OnePlusブランド、そしてrealmeブランドも展開することになる。

中国市場ではそれぞれ事業会社が異なり、OPPOブランドはGuangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications、OnePlusブランドはOnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) (深圳市万普拉斯科技)、realmeブランドはRealme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)が手掛ける。

基本的にrealmeブランドはGuangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunicationsの現地法人がOPPOブランドのサブブランドとして展開しているが、中国市場では新設された別会社が担当する。

Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications、OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen)、Realme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)はOPPOグループの純粋持株会社であるGuangdong Oujia Holdings (広東欧加控股)の傘下となる。

Guangdong OPPO Mobile TelecommunicationsはGuangdong Oujia Holdingsが直接的に完全所有している。

OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen)はGuangdong Oujia Holdingsが完全所有するGuangdong Oujia Communications Technologyが80%出資するGuangdong OnePlus Mobile Telecommunications (広東万普拉斯移動通信)が完全所有する。

なお、Guangdong OnePlus Mobile Telecommunicationsに対する持分比率はGuangdong Oujia Communications Technologyが80%、Guangdong OnePlus Mobile Telecommunicationsの労働組合に近い組織の広東万普拉斯移動通信有限公司工会委員会が残りの20%である。

Realme Mobile Telecommunications (Shenzhen)はGuangdong Oujia Holdingsが完全所有するGuangdong Oujia Communications Technologyが完全所有している。
